Sugar, properly stored, has an indefinite shelf life because it does not support microbial growth.

Really? I don't know about this, atleast I have known it that, it does have a long shelf life. I will try to make this coming weekend and see what will be the outcome. Thanks! :)

How did that go for you?

I ate a lot of crepes and blintzes off the Mandalay Bay
breakfast buffet this weekend and used their maple
sirup - thought of youse guys and this thread. :D

Not yet, I will be making this weekend. I'll take the advice of Mama while it is on sale but, i won't stock much yet unless it would be a success. :)
