Low calorie because it mostly uses yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked, and diced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • salt & while pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion

  1. Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, and mix to blend well. Mix in the chopped green onion and celery.
  2. Season potatoes with salt, while pepper, and dry mustard.
  3. Carefully mix the yogurt into the potatoes.
  4. Chill for at least an hour or two before serving.

I am currently trying to lose weight. Thanks for this. It sounds yummy. I will put this to good use.
