Recipe: Chocolate Frosted Brownies

Recipes using Diamond Shelled Walnuts

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 4 beaten eggs
• 1 can chocolate syrup
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Frosting

• 6 tbsps butter or margarine
• 6 tbsps milk
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream sugar and butter.
3. Add eggs and syrup.
4. Mix well.
5. Add flour and nuts if desired.
Pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
7. For frosting, boil the butter, milk and sugar for 30 seconds.
8. Add vanilla and chocolate chips.
9. Beat well until chocolate chips are all melted.
10. Spread on cooked brownies.
