Instructions for using Adolphs Tenderizer

Meat Tenderizers stop working when food is heated. So generally tenderizers should only be used shortly before cooking.

1. Be sure the surfaces of meat are moist.
2. Shake Adolph's Tenderizer generously and evenly, covering all surfaces of meat. Use about 1 tsp. per pound of meat. Do not add salt.
3. Pierce meat deeply at 1/2" intervals on all surfaces to insure deep down tenderness.
4. Bake, Broil or Grill immediately.
   Note: For thicker cuts of meats, let stand for 30 minutes before cooking.

Adolph's Meat Tenderizer had no MSG, no artificial colors or flavors.
