Grinding and Brewing Kauai Estate Hawaiian Coffee:
For optimal flavor of your Hawaiin Coffee, grind the coffee beans just before brewing. Plan on grinding about 1 1/2 rounded tablespoons of Kauai Estate whole bean coffee for each 6 ounce cup of fresh, cold water. For stronger Hawaiian coffee, you may use a finer grind but don't grind as fine as a powder.
Storage of Kauai Estate Hawaiian Coffee Beans:
To best preserve the fresh roasted flavor of these Kauai Estate Hawaiian coffee beans, reseal the bag thightly after each use. You may also store Kauai Estate whole bean coffee in an aittight, mosture-proof container. If these Hawaiian coffee beans are stored properly in a cool, dry place, the coffee beans will stay reasonable fresh and retain optimimal flavor for about a week.
