Use anywhere you'd use garlic powder including tomato and barbeque sauces, soups, stews, salad dressings, and marinades. Use to season vegetables, pasta, or seafood. To make a California Style Garlic Burger: combine 1 tsp Garlic Powder with 1 lb ground beef, mix well, then form into hamburgers and grill.

Make a California Style Garlic Bread
- Combine 1 tsp California Style Garlic Powder with 1/2 cup softened butter or margerine.
- Spread butter/garlic mix over sliced Sourdough rolls or bread. Place rolls on a cookie sheet.
- Broil for about 1 minute (watching closely so it won't burn) until browned.
