Recipe: Pork Chops and Scalloped Potatoes

Recipes using Lawry's Garlic Salt

• 4 pork chops
• 4 large potatoes, sliced
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsps flour
• 1 tsp onion powder

1. Brown pork chops on medium heat; remove from skillet.
2. Add potatoes, seasonings, flour and milk; mix well.
3. Place pork chops on top.
4. Cover with snug lid.
5. Bring to boil, then simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
