4 pork chops
4 large potatoes, sliced
1 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup diced celery
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsps flour
1 tsp onion powder

Brown pork chops on medium heat; remove from skillet.
Add potatoes, seasonings, flour and milk; mix well.
Place pork chops on top.
Cover with snug lid.
Bring to boil, then simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
