Recipe: Salisbury Steaks

Recipes using Tones Garlic Pepper Blend

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tsp garlic pepper blend seasoning mix
• 1 small onion, chopped
• canola oil

1. Combine meat, crumbs, egg, garlic pepper blend seasoning and onion.
2. Shape into oval patties 1 inch thick.
3. Place canola oil in skillet and heat.
4. Brown on both sides in canola oil.
5. Combine soup and water; pour over meat.
6. Cook slowly in covered skillet for 25 minutes.
