Recipe: Spinach Salad

Recipes using McCormick Parsley Flakes

• 3 pounds raw spinach
• 6 anchovy filets
• 2 hard-cooked eggs
• 1 tbsp parsley flakes
• French dressing

1. Remove the stems from the spinach and wash the spinach leaves thoroughly under running cold water.
2. Drain the spinach leaves and arrange spinach in a salad bowl.
3. Cut anchovy filets in pieces and add to the spinach.
4. Chop up the hard-cooked eggs very finely, and garnish the spinach salad with the chopped eggs and parsley flakes.
5. Moisten the salad with French dressing.
