My grilled cheese recipe is simple:

white bread
mix feta, cheddar and mozzarella cheese
tomatoes
mayo

I use Lean Mean grilling machine to grill. Super yummy!

I'd love to try putting olive oil next time.

I am a cheese lover too.
Like it grilled, non-grilled ever way and almost on everything.
That just reminds me, I want to buy some cheese balls tonight.
