Ingredients in Clam and Crab Salad Stuffed Avocados

• 1/2 cup red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
• 1/2 cup green bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
• 1/2 cup red onion, peeled quartered and thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
• 1/2 cup carrots, peeled and shredded
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
• 2 teaspoons dried cilantro
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 51 oz can Sea Watch Chopped Clams, well-drained
• 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat
• 6 avacados, pitted and halved
• 3 limes, quartered for garnish

To Make Clam and Crab Salad Stuffed Avocados

1. In a large bowl, mix red pepper, green pepper, red onion, celery, carrots, lime juice, ground cumin, cilantro, mayonnaise.
2. Gently fold in the chopped clams and crabmeat.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to develop.
4. Scoop ½ cup of crab and clam salad into avocado halves.
5. Serve with lime wedge.
