Product Recipes
- 2 cups corn
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Combine corn, egg, sugar, salt, pepper and butter.
- Mix and sift flour and baking powder.
- Add to first mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Drop batter from spoon into hot oil in a hot frying pan.
- Brown on both sides.
