Recipe: Potato Bake
- 2 lbs hash browns, partly thawed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dehydrated sliced onion
- 2 cups shredded Velveeta
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place hash browns, salt, onion, Velveeta, cream of chicken soup,and milk in mixing bowl. Mix ingredients well. Put mixture in an 9x1 3" greased baking pan. Mix corn flakes and metled butter. Top potatoes mixture with corn flakes and butter mixture. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
