Recipe: Quick Vegetable Relish

Recipes using Tones Ground Paprika

• 1 cucumber (peeled and diced)
• 1 green or red pepper (seeded and diced)
• 2 stalks celery (diced)
• 1 large can tomatoes (drained)
• sugar
• salt
• pepper
• paprika
• vinegar

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, sugar and vinegar.
3. Store in container in refrigerator until ready to use.
