Sesame Drop Breakfast Biscuit Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp sesame seed
- 1 cup buttermilk
To make Sesame Drop Breakfast Biscuits
Night Before: In large howl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. With a pastry blender cut in butter until particles are fine. Stir in sesame seed. Refrigerate.
Next Morning: Add buttermilk to flour mixture and stir with fork until just mixed. Drop by tablespoon-fulls on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 450° F until light brown 12-15 minutes. Serve at once with butter. Makes 20 biscuits.
