New Orleans Style Rice Pilaf Mix
OVEN PREPARATION:
- In a full metal steam pan, add 12 cups of hot water, 2 ounces of butter and contents of Zatarain's Rice Pilaf Mix.
- Stir thoroughly; then cover tightly with aluminum foil or a steam pan lid.
- Place into a preheated 400 oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until rice is cooked. Do not over cook.
- Remove cooked rice from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Just before serving, fluff rice with a fork to mix.
Makes 34 1/2 cup servings when served with a #8 scoop

Enriched Long Grain Parboiled Rice (Rice, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sea Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Onion, Yeast Extract, Wheat Bran, Soy Sauce (Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt), Tomato, Spices (including Red Pepper, Turmeric and Paprika) and Natural Flavor.
