Adobo Chicken Recipe

• 3 pounds stewing chicken
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 bay leaf
• pepper

1. Chop chicken into serving pieces.
2. Add vinegar, water, garlic, ginger, bay leaf and pepper.
3. Soak mixture 10 minutes before cooking.
4. Cover and simmer until pieces are tender and slightly brown.
