• 3 lbs apples (diced with skin)
• 2 cups diced celery
• 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
• lemon juice to taste
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 2 tbsps sugar
• salt to taste

1. Thin the mayonnaise with 3/4 cup milk or fruit juice.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
