Heat Karo syrup and sugars until sugars dissolve (does not need to boil). Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour over corn flakes and peanuts. Mix until well coated. Mix will be stiff and sticky.
Pour into greased jellyroll pan.
Cover with chocolate chips.
Heat in 200° F oven until chocolate melts.
Spread evenly over top.
