Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour flour in plastic ziploc bag; place chicken in bag and toss to coat chicken with flour.
Heat canola oil in skillet; brown chicken on all sides.
Tear 4 - 14 x 12 inch pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Place 2 pieces of chicken, several mushrooms and one sliver of onion in center of each foil square.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; fold up edges of foil.
Add 2 tsps butter and one tbsp cream to each package.
Bring edges of foil together and seal with double fold.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Bake for 45 mins.
Serve in foil.
