Wash and cut cauliflower into pieces about 1 1/2 inches in size.
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add cauliflower to pot, and cook for 15 minutes. Drain off water.
Preheat oven to 350° f.
Combine the butter, garlic, pepper, paprika and parsley in a small pan. Heat until butter has melted, stirring often.
Place cauliflower in a casserole, sprinkle with the bread crumbs, and then pour butter mixture over top.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
