Ingredients in Baked Chocolate Fudge

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup unbleached flour
• 1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
• 1 cup melted butter 1 cup chopped pecans 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt

To make Baked Chocolate Fudge

1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
2. Beat eggs, and combine with dry ingredients.
   
3. Mix in butter, then add vanilla, and finally the nuts.
4. Pour into pans set in hot water.
5. Bake 45-60 minutes until set like custard. Do not overcook.
6. Remove pans from oven and allow to cool.
7. Cut into 2 inch squares.

Serve Baked Chocolate Fudge with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Recipe makes about 16 servings of Baked Chocolate Fudge.
