Product Recipes
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup lowfat milk
- 1 cup white sauce (seasoned to taste)
- 2 tsp white flour
- 2 tsp mustard
- 3 tsp butter
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- In saucepan melt butter; add flour. Mix well.
- Slowly add 1 cup milk, stirring. Heat to boiling point.
- Stir in mustard and white pepper. Mix in cabbage and place in covered baking dish.
- Bake until cabbage is tender.
