3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup lowfat milk
1 cup white sauce (seasoned to taste)
2 tsp white flour
2 tsp mustard
3 tsp butter
1/8 tsp white pepper

In saucepan melt butter; add flour. Mix well.
Slowly add 1 cup milk, stirring. Heat to boiling point.
Stir in mustard and white pepper. Mix in cabbage and place in covered baking dish.
Bake until cabbage is tender.
