• 4 pounds chicken thighs

1. Parboil chicken, and sprinkle salt and pepper.

Sauce:

• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup soy suace
• 1/4 cup canola oil
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp minced garlic

1. Cook the above ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate 3 to 4 hours.
2. Charcoal broil or broil in oven.
