2 tbsp melted butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce

Mix all items together in a sauce pan.
Heat slowly to a boil.
For a chunky sauce, use as is, or allow to cool, and liquify with a Waring Blender.
