  1. Pound cleaned breasts with side of plate.
  2. Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Drain and press sauerkraut.
  4. Place some (but not too much) sauerkraut on top of each breast.
  5. Sprinkle top with ground black pepper.
  6. Top with sliced Swiss cheese using a little on each breast.
  7. Cover all with Thousand Island dressing.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 325° F. for 1 hour.
