2 boxes cauliflower or 1 medium head may be used
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tbsp salt
1 envelop gelatin
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp butter
1/4 lb (1 cup) cheese, grated
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in little water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook cauliflower in salted water until partially tender.
Saute beef with onion and salt.
Heat milk; add gelatin, butter and cheese; stir until cheese is melted.
Put meat into 2 qt casserole.
Put 1/2 the beef bouillon over this.
Add cauliflower; pour cheese sauce over all.
Put rest of bouillon on top.
Cook for 30 minutes until heated.
