- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper
- 2 (10 oz) cans cream of celery soup
- 2 (16 oz) cans tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (17 oz) can whole kernel corn
- 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- Cook lean ground beef, celery, onion and pepper until meat is browned.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer covered about 45 mins; stirring occasionally.
