Beer Cheese Dip Ingredients

• 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Dips Mix
• 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 2 packages 8 ounces each cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup beer
• chopped green onions and shredded cheese, for garnish
• Pretzels or assorted fresh vegetables, for dipping

To make Beer Cheese Dip

1. Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and dip mix in medium bowl.
2. Gradualy stir in beer until mixture reaches desired consistency.
3. Garnish with green onion and additional Cheddar cheese.
4. Serve with pretzels or vegetable pieces.
