Blue Cheese Dressing and Dip Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 3 tbsp white vinegar
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp grated onion
• 1/4 tsp dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
• Dash Tabasco sauce

To make Blue Cheese Dressing and Dip

1. In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, onion, mustard, garlic powder and Tabasco Sauce.
2. Stir in blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate Blue Cheese Dressing and Dip several hours to blend flavors.
3. if using Blue Cheese Dressing and Dip as a dip, refrigerate overnight.
