Blue Cheese Marinated Tomatoes Ingredients

• 1 to 2 tbsps red wine vinegar
• 3 tbsps vegetable oil
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp white pepper
• 3 medium tomatoes, cut in chunks
• Blue cheese to taste, coarsely shredded

1. Combine and mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Pour mixture over tomatoes.
3. Let stand 1/2 hour.
4. Just before serving, sprinkle with blue cheese.
