Recipe: Broccoli Casserole

• 2 pkgs frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
• 1 can cream mushroom soup
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 2 oz chopped pimiento, drained
• 1/4 cup grated Sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix well broccoli, mushroom soup, sour cream, celery, pimiento, cheese, salt and pepper (to taste). Bake in greased 1 1/2 qt.casserole at 350° for 30 minutes or at 325° F for 1 hour. May be topped with buttered crumbs. Serves 6-8
