1 head of broccoli
1 medium potato, peeled
1 tsp real chicken base
1/3 cup sour cream
juice of 1/2 lemon

1. Wash and chop broccoli, chop potato; put in pot and add enough water to cover vegetables.
2. Bring to a low boil and cook for 20 mins; add chicken base during last 5 mins of cooking.
3. Pour into blender and add lemon juice and sour cream.
4. Blend only until slightly chuncky and thick.
5. Serve immediately.
