Product Recipes
- 6 large tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green olives
- 1 tbsp salt
- Cut tomatoes in half.
- Arrange cut side up in greased pan.
- Combine rest of ingredients and cover tops of tomatoes.
- Put in a cold oven and broil until bubbly and lightly browned.
