• 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
• 3 eggs
• 1 3/4 cups sifted flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tbsp grated orange rind
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1 tsp salt

Preheat waffle iron

Beat eggs thoroughly.

Add buttermilk and remaining ingredients.

Mix only until mixture is smooth.

Bake in preheated waffle iron until steaming stops and waffle is gold brown.
