Recipe: Carrots with Zucchini

- 4 small zucchini squash scrubbed, unpeeled - cut fine, in rounds
- 1 stick of butter
- herbs, if desired
- 8 carrots, cut in fine rounds
- lemon pepper salt
- freshly ground pepper
- Season vegetables 1 hour before cooking.
- Toss together. Heat butter in saute pan. Put in vegetables. Cover tightly.
- Saute 4 minutes or until carrots are barely cooked.
Recipe serves 8.
