  1. Wipe the fish well with paper towels and place in a piece of heavy-duty foil.
  2. Put the butter and several slices of lemon in the fish cavity.
  3. Wrap the fish in the foil.
  4. Place fish package on charcoal grill about 3 inches from the coals for 20 mins on each side.
  5. When you turn the fish, make sure the foil seal is tight so you don't lose any of the juices.
  6. To speed cooking you may wish to cover the grill.
  7. When the salmon is done, discard the skin and cooked lemon.
  8. Serve with fresh lemon slices and garnish with dried parsley flakes.
