Cheesy Moon Bread Ingredients

• 3/4 cup hot water
• 1 package hot roll mix
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp soft butter
• 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp basil leaves
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp ground paprika
• 1/2 tsp Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp cup chopped olives

To make Cheesy Moon Bread

1. Soften yeast in water for about 10 minutes.
2. Stir in egg, butter and seasonings.
3. Add flour and olives and cheese.
4. Stir, cover and let rise until double (30 to 45 minutes).
5. Knead about 10 strokes. Cover with damp cloth and rise again until double in size.
6. Bake as a cottage loaf on a greased 12" pizza pan, 40 to 45 minutes at 325° F.
