1 whole chicken, cut up
3/4 cup canola oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Accent
Kitchen Bouquet enough to brush on chicken pieces
1 1/2 cups Prepared Biscuit Mix
3/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp parsley
1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Prepare each piece of chicken with salt, pepper, Accent.
Lightly brush Kitchen Bouquet.
Pour oil into large skillet and heat; once heated add chicken pieces.
Fry chicken until completely cooked.
Add sage, parsley and milk to prepared biscuit mix to form stiff dough.
Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness; cut into desired shape.
Place fried chicken in casserole pour sauce over the top of chicken.
Place cut out dough on top and bake until dough is brown.
