Salad

• 1 head cabbage, chopped
• 1 bunch green onions

• 1 cup peanut oil
• 6 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 packages ramen noodles
• 1/2 cup slivered toased almonds
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp sea salt

1. Mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, and sea salt. Set aside.
2. Dice green onions. Mix together cabbage, green onions and crushed Top Ramen noodles.
3. Toss with dressing. Refrigerate 2 hours.
4. Add toasted almonds right before serving.
