3 rounded tbsp cocoa
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup whipping cream

1. Stir together sugar and cocoa.
2. Gradually add whipping cream -- do not beat.
3. Stir well.
4. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
5. Whip, then spread over cake.
