Ingredients in Chocolate Covered Cherries Recipe

• 2 boxes confectioners' sugar
• 2 stick butter
• 1 can Eagle Brand milk
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• Maraschino cherries
• 1/4 lb paraffin
• 6 ounces chocolate chips
• 1 large Hershey bar

To make Chocolate Covered Cherries

1. 1st night: Mix together sugar, butter, milk and vanilla; chill.
2. 2nd night: Drain cherries well. Roll chilled mixture around cherries and chill again.
3. 3rd night: Make chocolate dip by melting paraffin, chocolate chips and Hershey bar in double boiler. Dip cherries in mixture. Cool.
