- 2 quarts tomatoes, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1 small to medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsps Italian Seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb ground round
- 1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
In a skilled brown and drain fat from beef. Add all ingredients into a large soup pot, except macaroni. Simmer soup until vegetables are tender. Add uncooked macaroni and continue simmering until cooked. Serve hot.
