Recipe: Cinnamon Chile Crusted Steak

• 2 tsps Chile Pepper
• 1 1/2 tsps McCormick Saigon Cinnamon
• 1 1/2 tsps McCormick Oregano Leaves
• 1 tsp Chipotle Chile Pepper
• 1 tsp McCormick Parsley Flakes
• 3/4 tsp McCormick Malabar Table Grind Black Pepper
• 1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Cumin
• 1 1/4 tsp McCormick Mediterranean Sea Salt
• 4 New York or Ribeye steaks, cut 1 inch thick

Mix thoroughly all spices and salt. Place mixture in a large plastic bag. Place steaks 1 at a time into plastic bag and coat each steak. Grill steaks over medium-high heat 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Steaks can also be broiled in the oven. Makes 4-8 Servings.
