  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Grease a tube pan.
  3. Cream butter and sugar together.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Sift together flour and baking powder.
  6. Add flour mixture, milk, lemon extract and coconut to butter mixture.
  7. Pour into a greased tube pan.
  8. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
