Recipes using Diamond Shelled Walnuts

Stir canola oil into the brown sugar.
Add eggs and water then mix.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
Gently add the chopped walnuts and chocolate bits. Mix well.
Fill a well greased 11" x 15" pan and bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. Then sprinkle tops with confectioners sugar.
Cut into 2" squares. Serve or store in tight container.
