- 1 1/2 cups white corn meal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsps salt
- 4 tsps baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tbsps butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Grease 9 x9 inch baking pan
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Combine eggs, milk and melted butter.
- Mix egg mixture into dry ingredients.
- Pour into well greased 9 x9 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 mins.
