  1. Combine flour, baking powder, sea salt, and paprika.
  2. Add egg yolks and milk, mixing well.
  3. Stir in corn.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
  5. Heat 2" of canola oil to 375° F.
  6. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  7. Drain well.
  8. Makes about 2 dozen fritters.
