1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 cup sugar
2 tbsps hot water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsps melted butter or margarine
1 cup whole cranberries or 1/2 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hr.
