• 1 lb fish fillets, thawed
• 3/4 tsp McCormick Season*All Seasoned Salt
• 2 tbsps canola oil
• 1/3 cup cornflake crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 500° F.
2. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces.
3. Sprinkle with McCormick Season*All Seasoned Salt on both sides of fillets.
4. Dip seasoned fillets into oil and cost with cornflake crumbs.
5. Arrange in single layer in 9 inch shallow round baking pan or dish lined with foil and lightly oiled.
6. Bake 12-15 minutes without turning or basting.
